Metal Forming Fluids
Metal forming fluids are used to provide lubrication and cooling in metal bending, stretching and shaping operations. These fluids are generally referred to as Drawing and Stamping Fluids.
DS 2400 Drawing & Stamping Oil—
A drawing oil fortified with extreme pressure additives. It is designed to be used in a wide range of applications and severities. Its light viscosity allows it to flow easily. This product should be used undiluted.

DS 2470 Drawing & Stamping Oil—
Ashburn DS 2470 is an extremely heavy duty drawing and stamping oil designed to be used in a wide range of applications and severities. It will perform on both ferrous and nonferrous materials. This product has excellent adherence and anti-wipe properties.

DS 2600 Drawing & Stamping Oil—
The Ashburn DS 2600 is a moderate to heavy-duty, water soluble drawing compound designed to be used in a wide range of applications and severities. This product can handle a tremendous range of applications including deep drawing, stamping, punching, bending and forming.

DS 6000 PLUS Drawing & Stamping Fluid—
Ashburn DS 6000 PLUS is a synthetic drawing and stamping fluid designed to be used in a wide range of applications and severities. Provides excellent extreme pressure lubricity without the use of chlorinated or sulfurized additives. Recommended for drawing, stamping, punching, bending, and forming.

Vanishing Oil ML—
Ashburn Vanishing Oil ML is a very low viscosity oil which is fortified with mild extreme pressure additives. It will evaporate at room temperature in a few hours after use. This product leaves an excellent finish on cut, drawn or stamped parts.

Vanishing Oil QD—
