Straight Cutting Oils
Straight Oils, also referred to as neat oils, are petroleum or vegetable based oils that do not contain water. They are used as is or “straight” without being diluted. Straight oils are used in metalworking applications where lubricity is more critical than heat reduction.
Mike-O-Thread Dark
A dark colored premium quality, heavy viscosity cutting oil that provides smooth, clean and accurate thread cutting on all metals. Extreme pressure additives provide excellent lubrication in severe cutting applications such as pipe threading, sawing, and other difficult slow-speed operations.

Ashburn VXT 100
A high performance cutting oil formulated with vegetable esters for use in metal cutting and metal forming operations. It is fortified with extreme pressure additives for difficult machining of both ferrous and nonferrous materials.

Ashburn Wax Stick

A premium quality, extremely light viscosity EDM oil that is designed to penetrate the spark gap area and flush away all fines. Its very high flash point and good dielectric strength make ASHBURN EDM A safe to use. The product has very low odor and protects the machine from rust and corrosion.

Cutting Oil SLV
A synthetic, light viscosity cutting and grinding oil. Its unique fatty acid composition provides natural and extended product stability. Excellent for use in grinding, machining and sawing. It is a biodegradable product that does not contain petroleum oil, chlorine or sulphur.
