Product Description

Ashburn Anti-Spatter is a clean, water-based product for use in welding operations to prevent the adherence of spatter. It is a dual-purpose product that can also be used to clean and degrease the workpiece prior to welding. This safe formula is non-chlorinated and does not contain petroleum solvents or silicone. It easily rinses clean for post-weld painting or coating operations. For use on ferrous and nonferrous metals.

Applications

Use Anti-Spatter to clean and degrease the workpiece prior to welding. Use to protect from weld spatter on the workpiece and welding equipment including fixtures, clamps, torches, nozzles, vices, jigs and tables.

Directions

Product is ready-to-use. Dilution is not necessary. For cleaning, spray the workpiece and rinse or wipe away dirt and grease prior to welding. To protect from weld spatter, spray a thin protective film on the work piece and work areas. After welding, rinse with water and dry before painting or plating
