Ashburn Chemical Technologies Announces Launch of APEX HyperCool™

HOUSTON, TX. – Ashburn Chemical Technologies, the leading industrial fluid maintenance company specializing in custom fluid maintenance and sanitization programs, equipment and services today announced the launch of APEX HyperCool™ 200, high-performance coolant.

HyperCool™ 200 is a general to heavy-duty, semi-synthetic coolant. This low foaming, multi-metal product is specially formulated for ferrous, non-ferrous and aluminum machining and grinding applications where high detergency and maximum rust protection are desirable in a very low foaming coolant. HyperCool™ 200 provides excellent cooling and chip settling and, when used at recommended concentrations, will provide rust protection of machine tools and equipment.

HyperCool™ 200 will extend tool life, reduce downtime, and increase company profits. It works on all metals including stainless steel, cast iron, aluminum and copper-based alloys.

Hypercool™ 200 is a translucent solution formulated to run cleaner and provide for a greatly extended sump life. Recommended for turning, milling, drilling, sawing and grinding on both ferrous and non-ferrous metals including cast iron and aluminum. This low foaming, multi-metal product is specially formulated for ferrous, non-ferrous and aluminum machining and grinding applications where high detergency and maximum rust protection are desirable in a very low foaming coolant.
